We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our finance and accounting functions. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, overseeing accounting operations, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership in the software industry, exceptional management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
· Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Lead the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
· Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive business performance.
· Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
· Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
· Must be proficient in NetSuite and Excel.
· Proven track record of financial leadership in the software industry, with an understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
· High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding financial best practices and regulatory compliance.
Compensation: Competitive Salary with major growth potential, medical benefits, 401K, flexible spending account, 15 PTO days annually, optional dental/optical coverage. Salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
