About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to serve as the senior executive leader responsible for financial stewardship, operational excellence, and talent strategy. The CFAO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic vision and leadership for finance, HR, and operations functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the right people, processes, and financial resources are in place to enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, continual improvement of business practices, and create a sustainable business model through sophisticated financial modeling, forecasting, and integrated strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities for the CFAO include serving as a trusted strategic advisor on financial planning, operational scalability, and people strategy, as well as leading the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's mission. The role also involves overseeing financial operations of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with global financial policies, and navigating the financial complexities of international operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive senior leadership experience, with a strong background in the technology sector, SaaS businesses, or related industries. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in strategic financial and operational planning, experience with AI implementation, and a focus on driving operational efficiency and business transformation. The CFAO will also be responsible for team leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and championing a people-first talent strategy.
