CEO's many programs offer a broad range of services to meet the needs of our community. Our Administrative Office is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer with a strong Non-Profit Finance and IT background that will:
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Finance to manage the daily financial operations of the agency, ensuring fiscal integrity and effective use of resources.
  • Partner with the Chief Executive Director (CEO), Director of Finance and senior management team to lead all aspects of financial planning, monitoring, and reporting, with a focus on strategic decision-making and accountability.
  • Actively support the development, execution, and oversight of budgets, financial policies, internal controls, and reporting systems to ensure real-time insight into the agency's fiscal health.
  • Direct and supervise IT staff, providing hands-on leadership in IT, Finance, and Facility related functions, for operational efficiency, and workflow coordination.
  • Oversee the direction of the IT Department in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with the Senior Administrative Team to ensure the IT department is supporting agency needs through the implementation of the established strategic goals and best practices.
  • Oversee the administration of contracts, leases, and insurance, and lead risk management and quality assurance processes from a financial and compliance standpoint.
  • Play a key role in the agency's strategic planning efforts, ensuring financial viability and sustainability are integrated into all long-term goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal funding regulations through proactive financial administration and oversight in collaboration with the senior team.
  • Assist with fund Development efforts and public representation in the community, attending events as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in the field of finance responsible and leadership
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills that will help support the alignment of the agency's mission, vision and values with performance and impact.
  • Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management.
  • Familiarity with non-profit policies and compliance structures strongly preferred

  • - Starting at $125,000 annually
(Negotiable, contingent upon strong qualifications)
