One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists and RBTs to join our team at our Lacey Township center. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment where you can focus on providing high quality, one on one ABA therapy to children.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the center
• Follow individualized programs developed by a BCBA
• Use a combination of play based and structured teaching strategies
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Work closely with the clinical team to support each child's progress

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, education, childcare, etc.)
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, positive, and motivated to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
