Arizona Certified Caregiver - Memory Care- Part-Time We are seeking an outstanding Certified Caregiver to join our team at La Sonora at Dove Mountain. Role Overview Our Certified Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Document services provided, changes of condition and observations from the shift
• Follow the activity calendar and assist resident in participation

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience working in Memory Care
• A love for seniors
• Fingerprint Card, Food Handlers Card and CPR/First Aid Certified
• Clear TB
• Certified Caregiver in Arizona
