This is a work from home position until it is appropriate to return to the call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Answering a high volume of inbound calls. Assist Patients with any inquiries and requests. Scheduling Patient appointments at multiple locations. Collecting, reviewing and updating patient demographics.
