We’re looking for a Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our small, growing team. We handle immigration, business, and estate planning, and this role is a big part of keeping everything running smoothly. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-office and remote work, but you’ll still be closely connected with a team of 1–5 people. You’ll talk with clients regularly, help move real cases forward, and be part of a collaborative, supportive environment. A lot of our clients are Spanish-speaking, so being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big part of how we serve our community. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn a lot, take on real responsibility, and grow with the firm.

What you’ll do

• Keep files and legal documents organized
• Schedule appointments and help manage the calendar
• Talk with clients and keep them updated (in English and Spanish)
• Attend client meetings
• Help prepare cases by organizing documents and information
• Enter data, help with billing, and update cases in Clio
• Handle emails, calls, and general office coordination
• Make sure everything stays accurate, organized, and confidential

What we’re looking for

• Paralegal certification
• Someone who is organized, reliable, and good with people

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
• 1+ year of legal admin experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management systems (Clio is a plus)
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Able to work well in a small team and also handle tasks independently
