Position Overview The Assistant Construction Project Manager will work closely with our senior project manager and architectural team to support daily operations across multiple custom residential builds. This is a detail-driven role ideal for someone with a background in construction and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Support project manager and architects in day-to-day project coordination Review and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings Assist with estimating, bid solicitation, and bid qualification Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication with subcontractors and vendors Track project schedules and update internal logs using Excel Maintain organized, detailed records and proactively solve problems as they arise Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in residential construction or a related field Strong working knowledge of construction drawings and technical documents Proficient with Excel and computer systems Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required Drug-free workplace policy applies Compensation Salary TBD and commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
