Border Demolition and Environmental is seeking dedicated, hard working Asbestos Workers to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) from various commercial work sites.

Qualifications:

• Valid Asbestos Worker Training Certificate
• Knowledge of asbestos regulations, safety procedures, and handling techniques.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment necessary for asbestos removal and site preparation.
• Ability to wear respiratory protection and other PPE for extended periods of time in hazardous environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Drug testing required

***TDSHS license not required for work in New Mexico***

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in challenging environments, including high spaces, confined spaces, and areas with hazardous materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• Ability to wear full PPE (including respirators, suits, gloves) for extended periods.
