Evaluating digital products for compliance with accessibility standards, the remote Accessibility Tester will conduct testing on web and mobile interfaces, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams to enhance user experience. Key responsibilities: Conduct accessibility testing on web and mobile applications using manual and automated tools Review and interpret accessibility requirements based on WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 standards Document and report accessibility issues, providing clear recommendations for remediation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in accessibility testing for web and/or mobile applications Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) Knowledge of assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, etc.) Experience using accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, JAWS, NVDA, WAVE)
