Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for an experienced professional to provide one-on-one support as an ABA Therapist or Paraprofessional in a school setting in Troy, NY. This role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students, supporting their individual learning and behavioral goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans on a 1:1 basis with students.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the student's educational and behavioral needs.
• Collect data and track progress to adjust strategies effectively.
• Assist in classroom management and promote positive behavior interventions.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to ensure cohesive support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as an ABA Therapist or Paraprofessional working directly with students.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to work contractually within a school environment.
